Our Services

Substance Abuse Program v2

Behavioral health outpatient services are provided in compliance with all policies and guidelines of the Department of Mental Health and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.  Consumer services are made available with the goal of increased overall functioning of the persons served, reducing symptoms, and preventing additional functional impairment.  Each consumer will be assessed to determine individual needs and services will be deemed appropriate based on strengths, needs, and abilities.

All services will accommodate employed and parenting consumerís schedules.  All services will be provided to consumers, their families and significant others whose emotional and physical status allow them to function.

Outpatient behavioral health services will consist of strengths based assessment to determine needs and presenting problems, an intake to gather an accurate bio-psychosocial history including history of presenting problems, an individualized treatment plan based on strengths, needs, and input from the consumer. The individualized treatment plan will consist of an array of services to benefit and carrying out the treatment plan. Outpatient services are designed to be culturally appropriate and sensitive as well as age appropriate.  Gender specific treatments and materials are utilized in group settings to maximize sensitivity to consumer needs.

GamblingProgram

Our services are designed to provide a variety of professional diagnostic and gambling treatment services for  consumers, their families, and or significant others whose emotional and physical status allows them to function in their usual environment.  All services are provided with the goal of supporting the recovery or assisting in the stabilization of the person or persons served, reducing symptoms, restoring functioning and preventing additional functional impairment.  Gambling as with all outpatient services are designed to be culturally appropriate and sensitive as well as age appropriate.  Gambling and other addictions affect the entire family unit and therefore, it is our belief that the entire family should be involved in treatment whenever possible in keeping with the best interest of the consumer and his/her rights.

CTI will ensure that sufficient funding and staffing are in place to provide the proper amount of care for the proper length of time, based on the needs of the persons served.

CTI has established procedures that provide for ongoing communication and consultation between internal and external service providers such as the child welfare system, contracted providers, community support services and internal team members.

These services are designed either for those consumers who do not require more restrictive levels of care or those consumers who require continuing services following more intensive treatment levels.
